Search by Keyword
On the Search bar, which you can find on any page of our Website, use a keyword
to start your Silkroad Images search
for any kind of image you’re looking for. You can also use the drop-down menu on
the right side of the serach bar to
specify the file type you're lokking for.
Narrowing Your Results:
Narrow down your searchs by typing keyword(s) in the search box.The more kewords
you add the more specific
your results will be. All of your entered search terms will appear at the top of
the page. If you'd like to remove a
keyword, simply click “X - remove†next to the word in the “Exclude Keyword†box
on the left of the page.
Keyword Tips
Our database of keywords uses a controlled vocabulary. For words of Arabic origin,
try to use variant spelling if you
cannot find what you're looking for from the first try.For example: Hummus, Hummos,Oud,
Ood, Ud, .. etc
Search by License Type and Format:
Check a button on the left side of the page to limit your search by license type
(Royalty Free, Exclusive, RM +) or by format (Images, Images With Path, Illustrations,
Vertical, Horizontal)
Search by Category:
You can select your category from the drop-menue on the left side of the page. Alternatively,
you can browse by category on the homepage and inside pages.
